The rooms here are amazingly comfortable and perfect with balcony or poolside. It has informative personnel who wants to travel in Haïti to make your reservation at the nh el rancho. The ambiance is comfortable.

The staff was kind, the breakfast was really tasty, everything was wonderful. The room was absolutely fantastic and amazingly comfortable and it had satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe. Private bathroom was clean.

Well, it was a very very good stay on a business trip. The room was fairly quiet and huge with 2 queens size bed, and I slept very well. The hotel's location was secure to the nature of the country.

An oasis in Petionville, the best base for everything else.

Fairly clean and stunningly beautiful hotel with great location to the nature of the country, just what I needed. The breakfast was really tasty, such variety, with live music and international dishes, as for instance. The staff was kind and nice all the time.

The location is stunning, and the architecture is elegant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves beautifully presented food. The gym is small but well-equipped. a great choice compared to newer hotels.

We loved our stay at a beautiful hotel with great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a variety of reception options. The food was delicious, especially the local dishes, and the breakfast buffet had everything we could want. The drinks were made properly, ensuring a great experience.

The hotel has a beautiful architecture and landscaping, along with a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds and linens. The staff at the front counter are kind and helpful. The restaurant offers a buffet with plenty of food options, and the coffee is great. The hotel provides soap, shampoo, and towels. The wifi in the room is fast, and there is hot water in the shower.

The service at the poolside bar and restaurant can be disappointing, with slow and unresponsive servers, making guests feel like they are inconveniencing them.

The place had a comfortable atmosphere. Location: the hotel was close enough to Pétionville, areas where other hotels in Port a Prince and Port a Prince/petionville. A few times I ate at Jojo Restaurant, located just a short walk away from the venue.

Very good experience there. Reasonably clean hotel with secure location in Port-au-Prince just next door to Petion Ville, stores, and Port a Prince. Fantastic and spotless room plus clean bathroom. Good bed and excellent services.
